Shipping conditions

Deliveries within Germany:

The shipping of small packages (wheel bolts, inlays, touch-up pens, other accessories, etc.) costs €6.90.

The shipping of rims costs €10.00 per rim.

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge is added to the shipping costs. The amount of the surcharge will be requested from the shipping service provider and quoted separately. Please contact us in advance for more information.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight and volume.
Freight costs may therefore vary and cannot be calculated and displayed accurately in the online shop.

If you would like your order to be shipped abroad, please ask us for the costs in advance.

 

Delivery times

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays!

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, goods will be delivered within Germany within 5 working days of receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking number for parcels, which you can use to track the goods.

International deliveries within the European Union are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment. Deliveries to other countries often take longer. Please ask us for the estimated delivery times.
